Questions

Where do the answers come from?

From a hand-checked base of American rappers and groups. Every answer to a pad is known in advance: no AI judges you during the game.

I'm sure of my answer, why doesn't it work?

Each fact is cross-checked between several sources, and we always settle it: right or wrong, never maybe. Think we got it wrong? Hit Report, every report is read.

How are points counted?

100 per correct pad, up to 15 more for a rare answer, 20 off per error, 900 max. 3 errors and the game is over.

Does the level change?

Easy on Monday and Thursday, medium on Tuesday and Friday, hard on Wednesday and Saturday, expert on Sunday. The harder the day, the fewer obvious answers work.

Why create a profile?

To keep your game, streak and stickers on every device, and to appear on the leaderboard. A nickname and an email, no password.

What do you record?

Your answers and games, to measure rarity and build the leaderboard. Without an account you are just an anonymous id; with one, your nickname and email, never shared.

Can my friends see my grid?

No. Sharing only sends your squares, never the answers. Past grids can be replayed from Archive.

What are the stickers?

Your trophies, to stick on your machine. You earn them by how you play: no errors, fast, late at night, with artists from a given city… Repeat a feat and the finish gets rarer. The gold series rewards the leaderboard.

Does “From” mean where they were born?

No, it's the city the artist reps. Nicki Minaj, born in Trinidad, is from New York.

First album or mixtape?

The first official studio album. Mixtapes don't count.
